The Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) has proudly announced its return to the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), participating as a key industry representative at the Waves Film Bazaar 2025 under the dynamic leadership of President Shri Abhay Sinha. The event is being held alongside the 56th edition of IFFI from 20–24 November at the Marriott Resort, Goa.
The IMPPA Pavilion was formally inaugurated by Dr. L. Murugan, Hon’ble Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, and Shri Sanjay Jaju, Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Renowned actor Shri Manoj Joshi, a celebrated name in theatre and cinema, also graced the inaugural ceremony.
Representing IMPPA at the event were President Shri Abhay Sinha, Senior Vice President Ms. Sushama Shiromanee, Vice Presidents Shri Surendra “Tinu” Verma and Shri Atul Patel, Executive Committee Member & FMC General Secretary Shri Nishant Ujjwal, and Executive Committee Member Shri Yusuf Shaikh.
At the Pavilion, IMPPA is showcasing an impressive lineup of bold and diverse stories created by its members, including Blind Game, Gunmaster G9, Sweat Pants, Ziddi Jatt, Damini 2.0, Control, Ajab Tarzan Ni Gajab Kahani, JEEV, and several other upcoming projects. This year, the association is not only presenting its members’ creative works but also highlighting IMPPA’s ongoing initiatives and the achievements it continues to build upon.
Throughout the festival, the IMPPA team will interact with global delegates, explore potential co-production opportunities, and celebrate the shared passion for storytelling that brings filmmakers from across the world to Goa each year. IMPPA looks forward to carrying this positive energy forward and continuing its commitment to support its members and the films they create.
